f23 crashes after install

After installing f23 using the guidelines set by Fedora Magazine https://fedoramagazine.org/upgrading-... my computer boots into safe mode and when I try to boot normally it goes back into safe mode.

Is there anything I can do to fix this without loosing the files on my drive?
