Windows 8 not installing in VirtualBox-OSE on fedora 16

Sir, I am using the fedora 16 kde 32 bit and have installed virtualBox inside it. I am getting an error when installing windows-8 the following error is displaying....

VT-x or AMD-V hardware acceleartion is not found on system

and windows is not installing. please guide me.
