I tried installing steam but always it gives the error :

#dnf install steam
Last metadata expiration check: 0:26:01 ago on Tue Jun 21 18:21:05 2016.
Error: nothing provides libva-intel-driver(x86-32) needed by steam-
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages)

I tried --allowerasing, still got the same error. I even installed the ibva-intel-driver(x86-32) drivers from . Then also I am facing the same error.

I have a hybrid driver of Intel and AMD Raedon. But only the intel graphics card is shown:

/sbin/lspci | grep VGA
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 5500 (rev 09)

Please help because I am new to fedora. I just moved from ubuntu.

If you want help with the AMD device not showing up, then please open another question for that. But try checking in the BIOS for options related to the graphics.

Where are you installing steam from? If you have the rpmfusion repositories enabled, it should just work, the packages are there. Try dnf install --best steam and see if that gives more information.
