Install this app: gnome-tweak-tool

sudo yum install gnome-tweak-tool

It is very easy way to manage extensions and other customizations on gnome.

gnome-session-properties doesn't exist in Fedora 23.

This was for Fedora 16, more than 3 years ago. You can use gnome-tweak-tool now to manage the startup applications.

gnome-tweak-tool works, but only for a predefined set of applications. To add arbitrary apps, use gnome-session-properties. I've long been waiting for someone to explain to me why this tool isn't available from the GNOME settings menu.
