Creating Boot able USB is also not working as all the softwares are only for LIVE cds and I have full version Fedora-16-i386-DVD ..

If you computer is ignoring the DVD and booting from hard disk, that usually means that you need to go into your computer's BIOS settings and change the boot order to boot from CD/DVD drive before hard disk. To enter your computer's BIOS settings, you need to power on your computer and press a key such as DEL or F2 or F12 (which one depends on your computer's manufacturer).

If you decide to try booting from a USB stick, again you will need to change the boot order in BIOS.

NOTE: The DVD image can be put on a USB stick. On a Windows computer, use liveusb-creator. On a Fedora computer, use dd or livecd-iso-to-disk DETAILS
