What to do after a dracut override?

Using Fedora 16 I just now updated my software updates again on 12/16/11 and most of the updates were the abrt bug report and logger packages that required restart. After restart it reads:

Now my caplock tab keeps flashing and the _ keeps blinking on the screen. What to do?
