FEDORA 23 from ISO FAILS DSL but FEDORA 24 does not

I've been running fedora 23 since it came out.

The internet connection of two machines connected via a hub to the modem has tradtionally been flaky.

With occasional connection drops. Requiring reboots/flipping network connections,

MY DSL provider recently upgraded their fiber network.

The connection became more sporadic and within a week non-functional on Fedora 23.

HOWEVER: Ubuntu & Fedora 24 both connect fine.

Attempting to connect from fedora 23 using a fresh ISO image also fails.

Well, I occasionally sign my mail , HRM.

Aside from how that may influence things, I've tried may distros. They all connect.

Only Fedora 23 does not, not from the ISO, nor from any of the other previously working versions, including Fedora 22.

This is sent from Fedora 24, where the DSL works.

ISO images on DVD have lots of problems and few drivers. Try a full install and update (sudo dnf update).
