razer mouse and keyboard , do you think that we know what are you talking about ? please provide identification of this hardware etc etc .
USB Plug and Play technology is likely not the problem here. This is a very solved problem.
Likely your problem has to do with something in between your USB connection to your computer. What do you physically plug your mouse and keyboard into? Does it use a passthrough device or switch, or do you plug it directly into your computer?
I'm assuming this is for a desktop installation an not a laptop. If that's a wrong assumption please let us know. Additionally, some useful information to provide would be the output of lsusb -v an possibly lspci -v
Computer hardware : Core i5 2400, Gigabyte P67UD4, AMD Radeon HD6870, 8 GB of RAM, 1TB WD Black. Mouse : Razer DeathAdder Keyboard : Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition. Devices are connected directly to the MOBO USB. Devices are working properly on windows, so i think is only a device detection problem! I will provide further information as soon as possible! Thanks for your help
It's more about the usb devices. What does
lsusb
, especially for this device, print to cli?Someone can help me?
