how to choose the packages that will be included in fedora install?

In centos there is software selection , like in the attached picture image description it lets you specify exactly what packages will be installed. is there a way to do that in fedora ?

Yes, this is possible with Fedora. You just have to use the "Netinstall image" instead of the Live image.
