Increase Partition Size
How can I increase the storage allocated to my Linux parition?
There are tools like Gparted (gparted
) and Blivet (blivet-gui
) that can create, delete, and resize partitions. Usually it is a very good idea not to resize partitions when the system is booted and their filesystem mounted. So, I strongly recommend to boot a Fedora live system, and use Gparted (or similar) to resize the other partitions. You need to make sure that not only the partition but also the filesystem gets resized. (the graphical tools should take care of it automatically).
General but important advice: Always make a backup before resizing partitions!
