By Default, you have Ctrl+Alt+L as shortcut to lock the screen.

If you want to change it,

  • Search Keyboard from Main Menu
  • Go to the Shortcuts Tab
  • Click the System on the left context item
  • Click on the Lock Screen and then enter your desired combination.
