How to map Super + L to Lock Screen in Fedora 16

I want to map my Super_Key + L combination to lock my screen in Fedora 16. Can anyone help me how to do it ?

By Default, you have Ctrl+Alt+L as shortcut to lock the screen.

If you want to change it,

Search Keyboard from Main Menu
Go to the Shortcuts Tab
Click the System on the left context item
Click on the Lock Screen and then enter your desired combination.
