You can install the package console-setup (sudo dnf install console-setup). Not sure, if that is what you are looking for but sounds like. Check dnf info console-setup on some details.

console-setup is part of the official fedora repo. No need to use something like dpkg, or dpkg-reconfigure

  1. to install sudo dnf install console-setup
  2. to run it: console-setup

On Fedora after install dpkg

    dnf install dpkg

I do as root: dpkg-reconfigure console-setup and system says, bash: console-setup: command not found...

dpkg-reconfigure is a command that exist in Fedora , but doesn't run dpkg-reconfigure console-setup because system don't have the console-setup command ( https://packages.debian.org/sid/utils... ), we miss that package in Fedora, petty . So what console-setup was suppose to do ?
