Blank screen after kernel update using nouveau drivers

Please use an older kernel (you can select it at boot time from the grub menu) for the time being, and continue to update your system regularly. It could be a regression caused by a kernel update or a nouveau update. The following log would give you more information (you can use a virtual terminal ctrl alt f3) to look at it):

/var/log/Xorg.0.log
