cups printers not available from kde or libreoffice

Hi,

My network printers are declared on a server in the /etc/cups/client.conf : ServerName foo

When I was with mandriva (before f16), it was sufficient to print from everywhere (kde, openoffice, firefox, ...). The local cups server was disable.

Since F16, the printers are not available from libreoffice (only Generic Printer is present), from kwrite (only pdf), from okular. It works from firefox or evince.

I've tried many things. Deactivate local cups server (which should not be needed imho), activate with different parameters, but nothing works.

If someone has an idea !

Regards, Erwan

Seems like a problem with those applications, or more specifically the print dialogs they use. Libreoffice has its own print dialog; I'm not sure about KDE. I think you'll need to file bug reports about it at bugzilla.redhat.com.
