How do I get Fedora 23 to boot?

After installing Fedora 23 on a Lenovo Q180 it will not boot. It only says "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key". The only HDD is selected as the number one boot device in the BIOS. This BIOS does NOT have UEFI options.

try booting with a iso image and see if the installation partition are ok if so try reintaling grub.
