3:53 PM (48 minutes ago) Postfix sendmail works from Terminal. However, when attempting to add user to Bugzilla, Postfix records the following, which shows that Bugzilla input "To" address incorrectly. How do I FIX this? (I am new to Bugzilla, learning how to be the admin).

Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/pickup[4870]: B6DF91C0A98: uid=48 from=<apache> Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/cleanup[5302]: B6DF91C0A98: message-id=20160211203711.B6DF91C0A98@localhost.localdomain Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/qmgr[4874]: B6DF91C0A98: from=apache@localhost.localdomain , size=1702, nrcpt=1 (queue active) Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/local[5304]: B6DF91C0A98: to=<=?UTF-8?Q?greyhelm2=40gmail=2Ecom... , orig_to=<=?UTF-8?Q?greyhelm2=40gmail=2Ecom?=>, relay=local, delay=0.18, delays=0.12/0.01/0/0.05, dsn=5.1.1, status=bounced (unknown user: "=?utf-8?q?greyhelm2=40gmail=2ecom?=") Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/cleanup[5302]: D5FB61C0A9A: message-id= 20160211203711.D5FB61C0A9A@localhost.localdomain Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/qmgr[4874]: D5FB61C0A9A: from=<>, size=3924, nrcpt=1 (queue active) Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/bounce[5305]: B6DF91C0A98: sender non-delivery notification: D5FB61C0A9A Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/qmgr[4874]: B6DF91C0A98: removed Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/local[5304]: D5FB61C0A9A: to=root@localhost.localdomain, orig_to=apache@localhost.localdomain, relay=local, delay=0.07, delays=0.03/0/0/0.03, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered to mailbox) Feb 11 15:37:11 localhost.localdomain postfix/qmgr[4874]: D5FB61C0A9A: removed

"To" name should be "greyhelm2@gmail.com." Bugzilla apparently records this, & passes to Postfix as, "=?utf-8?q?greyhelm2=40gmail=2ecom?=" which is obviously incorrect. PLEASE HELP!! Looks like Bugzilla is not encoding the "To" addresses properly for UTF-8 Unicode... any suggestions?
