How to install vcl in openoffice. I ve fedora 23 and openoffice missing vcl

You need to install rpmfusion.org free and nonfree there you can find vlc

Also Why open Office, its development has almost stop in favor of libreoffice

As discovered here, Marcin is looking for VCL (Visual Component(s) Library) for OpenOffice.... ;-)
