I have a Dell XPS 2720 with dual graphics cards (Intel HD 4600 and Nvidia GT 750 M).

From what I've read, the cards share the same Frame Buffer.

I have installed the correct driver from Nvidia, and I can get the system to boot and run in 2560x1440 when I set the run level to multi-user.

However, if I set it to graphical.target, and reboot, I get a white screen with a message that something happened and the desktop couldn't start.

If I set the "nomodeset" flag in the boot line, the system boots and gets to the desktop, but the mode is 1024x768.

I'm curious if anyone else has gotten this configuration to run.

I read up on the Bumblebee project, but my system doesn't qualify as supported (I'm missing some switcheroo directory thing).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
