AlsaSeqMidiIO: Device initialization failed.
/AlsaMidiOut: failed to open midi device '128:1'
./AlsaMidiIO: Cannot acquire realtime permissions.
AlsaAudioBackend: cannot acquire realtime permissions.

Hiya! To begin with, can you please edit your question with more information - what version of ardour do you have installed, for example? I'll see if I can get someone from the fedora-jam team to look into this. Cheers!

at now i'm working perfectly with ardour 2.8.16 version ...unfortunately , i uninstalled the version that did not work (that was version 4 from "audio production "package) ... so i ll re install it and show the bug file as says the page you linked me ! Meanwhile i ll take a look at the web pages you liked me, and check if i solve this problems ;) tnx again
