How can I install programs to a fresh fedora14?

Yesterday I installed a fedora14,my first fedora,but the repositorys are unavailable.Are there any repositorys?If yes, how can I add that?

The newest version is Fedora 23. I urge you to upgrade to that version. Fedora 14 is not supported for over four years now! If that is not possible for you can point the mirror in the file /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates.repo to https://archives.fedoraproject.org/pu...

Thanks for your comment.I found that file,but where I have to edit that URL? Sorry,I started to edit the updates part.At the moment the file look like: http://pastebin.com/gjYUvyGd But this is not working at all.

Look at the answer from casep, installing the linked rpm should be easier than modifying it on your own.
