  1. Firstly while booting check which service takes a lot of time to start, you may disable it if not required.

  2. Check what timeout value you have in /etc/grub.conf, you may reduce a couple of seconds there.

  3. install and launch system-config-services , stop and disable all the unwanted services. That should certainly help your boot time.

If you want to find out which services are taking a long time, you can use systemd-analyze blame.
