Fedora 21 -> 23?
I've got a fully updated Fedora 21 desktop that I want to update to Fedora 23. What's the best way to do it? Can I use fedup to directly go to 23 or do I need first to update to 22 and then 23?

I was able to upgrade directly from a Fedora 21 system to Fedora 23 using the standard dnf-plugin-system-upgrade method. This was possible despite the fact that I hadn't installed dnf on my Fedora 21 system until I attempted to install fedup to perform the upgrade (you should notice if you attempt to install fedup on your Fedora 21 system that it will now automatically attempt to download and install the dnf plugin instead).
Of course, follow all the upgrade best practices (back up your data!), but I had no problem moving from my fully updated Fedora 21 system to Fedora 23.
