Fedora14 runs slow
Hello, Just noticed the system (Fedora14) is going extremely slow. The process is run by root, 99.9 %CPU, rpm COMMAND What is this? Is it anything suspicious?
Thanks in advance!

The 'rpm' command is an interface with the packaging database, including installing, removing and verifying installed software. Check out the section in the deployment guide.
If it's using up a lot of CPU, and you (or your sysadmin) are not in the process of running the command, it might be malicious activity.
