Wifi keeps dropping arbitrarily

Runnig Fedora22 Workstation.

A very funny experience. When I connect to my wifi network (hidden network with WPS2 security), occassionally, it shows a ? in the top bar in place of the usual wifi sign. After a while, it switches to a normal wifi sign.

All of a sudden, the icon remains but I am disconnected from the net. I am unable to ping internet IPs (like 8.8.8.8), unable to access router IP, (192.168.0.1) too.

I disconnect and reconnect, all is well.

This can happen a few minutes into the session or after hours.

All other devices connected to the same network see good connectivity.

What must be happening? How do I set it right?

I have access to the router and can set it up the way I want.
