Certain webms won't play in Firefox

When I go to youtube, some videos play and some stuck begining, however downloading is active according to stats. Same happens with other webm videos.

So I just wiped firefox out of my computer, reinstalled it, enabled mediasource and mediasource.webm, but the problem still remains. Disabling hardware acceleration in browser doesn't help.

In chromium it works well but I'd like to use firefox. What may be causing the problem?

Are all of the options on Youtube HTML5 webpage available to you?

If not you can go to your about:config page and enable following options (set them to true):

media.mediasource.enabled
media.mediasource.webm.enabled
media.fragmented-mp4.exposed
media.fragmented-mp4.ffmpeg.enabled

When you changed those options go to the Youtube HTML5 webpage and check if all of the options are now available.

Maybe the new release of https://webkitgtk.org/2018/10/29/webk... can help you?
