First up, ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of Fedora 21 by updating your system with terminal command sudo dnf update
afterthat sudo dnf install fedup
Now, your system is ready to upgrade.
run sudo fedup --network 22
for tell FedUp to download all the appropriate packages from the Fedora repositories, and prep your system for the upgrade. If completed, then Reboot fedora, in boot menu..choose System Upgrade
Select that and Enter to start boot.
All the appropriate packages and upgrade tasks will now be completed automatically, and when completed you will be able to start using your newly upgraded Fedora system. Finish
Alternative with ISO DVD if you have fedora22 already downloaded.
run # fedup --iso /path/to/iso/Fedora*.iso
after you install FedUp, then reboot, and choose System Upgrade
in boot menu Select that and Enter to start boot.

You might consider using yum to update your Fedora 21 system, but other than that, make sure you back up your system prior to the upgrade (things can go wrong). Having addressed those issues, these instructions look good to me.
