Mobile Broadband not working after installing Mobile Partner [closed]

Hello everyone.

I just installed F22 two days ago, at first I started and enabled ModemManager.service

systemctl start ModemManager.service
systemctl enable ModemManager.service

NetworkManager was working perfectly, then I installed Mobile Partner 21, which did not work, as it was not showing the signal, after I uninstalled it Mobile Broadband was not showing in NetworkManager anymore, I tried starting and reinstalling NetworkManager and ModemManager but nothing was solved.
