I first started using Linux when my uncle put Ubuntu on my computer and I am thinking about using fedora. Is there any way I can use dpkg and apt-get like in Ubuntu. Thanks.

Imposible! Fedora uses "dnf"

Install a package

dnf install package_foo

dnf remove package_foo

dnf -y update

I don't recommend runing sudo dnf update with the option -y. I recommend that you always first read questions that DNF has before answering them. Also, before running update or upgrade (which is the same in DNF) you can check for updates: sudo dnf check-update.

Fedora use DNF and rpm normally you only need to use dnf but its nice to know rpm. About your question well no you cannot run apt-get and dpkg on Fedora.

If you know how to run apt-get and dpkg you can very quickly adapt to DNF and rpm. Don't worry!
