First you need to install a program to do the screenshot - for example one of these:

gnome-screenshot
shutter
mate-screenshot
xfce4-screenshooter

Once you have picked one and installed it using dnf install ..., you can set up the keyboard shortcut. First you need to look at the program's help page to determine the command needed - for example:

$ xfce4-screenshooter --help
Usage:
  xfce4-screenshooter [OPTION…] 

Help Options:
  -h, --help               Show help options
  --help-all               Show all help options
  --help-gtk               Show GTK+ Options

Application Options:
  -c, --clipboard          Copy the screenshot to the clipboard

So a command to take a screenshot could be xfce4-screenshooter -f -s ~/Pictures/, just xfce4-screenshooter, etc depending on what you want it to do.

Next you need to set up the keyboard shortcut, which depends on the Window manager in use - by default I think it is openbox, so here are the steps for that (from the openbox wiki and the LXDE wiki):

• First open up the LXDE rc file for editing:

  leafpad ~/.config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml
  

• Then add this into the <keyboard> section, add the following (replacing the command with the one you want to take the screenshot):

            <command>xfce4-screenshooter</command>
        </action>
    </keybind>
  

• Save the file and restart the session either by logging out and logging in again, or by running
  openbox --restart. You then should be able to take a screenshot by pressing 'Print Screen'.
