I keep updating my Fedora 22 with dnf update and sometimes the GUI update daily and my Firefox is still Firefox 38. When will it upgrade to Firefox 39?

This information is already available online, so it doesn't quite make sense to ask a question here and have people give links. Please take a look at bodhi in the future, which handles all Fedora updates. For example, for firefox, you'd go to:

There are better ways than this to check what's in the repositories :)

It should be soon

Status indicate it was released on 2015-07-13 16:43:19

So think it will be on repos with today or tomorrow

Thanks everyone! It did update on Tuesday July 14, 2015.

Usually, it doesn't take this long to get the new release of Firefox so I was starting to think my Fedora update wasn't working properly.

Thanks again,
