Trying to DL http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/releases/17/Spins/i686/Fedora-17-i686-Live-Scientific-KDE.iso
Website lists iso file size as 2.5G, but the DL stops at 223MB. I can DL all of 64bit iso (2.5G)
Is the file size really 223MB, or is this some error somewhere ??
Starting the download from your URL using wget shows it is indeed 2.5G:
Length: 2667577344 (2.5G) [application/octet-stream]
so there's probably something wrong with whatever software you are using to download it. Try wget or curl, if possible. (BTW, wget will show you exactly which mirror you're downloading from, in case that's the problem, though I think it's more likely to be your OS or downloading software. Are you downloading both images on the same machine, using the same software?)
Did you tried other mirrors?
