Booting F16 64 bit dvd and chose "install Fedora".

[ 3.210276] systemd[1]: Failed to fully start up daemon: No such file of directory

Googling this repetitively brings up an old post where the answer was "ignore it, and continue with install". I'd love to, but I don't know how to continue; there's a flashing underscore but it won't accept input, and pressing return or escape or ctrl-c doesn't seem to produce any reaction.

The system has two physical harddrives - both formatted to NTFS, with Win7 installed on one (the other is a data disk). I've partitioned the drive with Windows so there's 150gb unallocated space. It's got GTX 570, 16GB ram, i5-2500k with the virtualisation thing (vtx?) turned on (I needed it for VirtualBox when I had Ubuntu.

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello there!!

I had the same issue, and I think that you have to have a little more patience :)

After this message the installation will continue, but it takes like half or a complete minute. Take it easy. I know it because I am installing it right now in a virtual machine.

I hope it helps.

Cheers!!
