I want to install the Google Hangouts plugin in Fedora 22 ( https://www.google.com/tools/dlpage/h... ). Google offers to install an RPM ( https://www.google.com/tools/dlpage/h... ), but I want to install the proper repository. I found this http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalReso...

... but I am not sure 1) if it will be play well with DNF 2) is it outdated?

What is the recommend way to install Google Hangouts?

@davidva, confirmed. Also need to do this sudo rpm --import https://dl-ssl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub and later sudo dnf install google-talkplugin

One can now install google hanghouts cleanly using the program Fedy

https://satya164.github.io/fedy/

'bash -c "su -c "curl https://satya164.github.io/fedy/fedy-installer -o fedy-installer && chmod +x fedy-installer && ./fedy-installer" " '

(then run Fedy, look for hangouts)
