I've not run this particular board. But I have run Fedora on several FM2 boards over the last few years. In that time I've used at least one MSI mainboard (although there have been a couple of Intel Atom boards in the mix somewhere along the line).
I've never had a problem with any of it. AMD seems pretty solid with Fedora in my experience, and MSI have an OK reputation. This is, on the face of it, is just another run-of-the-mill mainboard, with no exceptional bells or whistles that I can see in the spec. If you'd been buying the latest/greatest highest spec mainboard then you might want to exercise a bit more caution, but this is a middle of the road board.
There are several reviews available for it online, if you Google it up, that might help you decide whether its right for you. When I did a search for this, both Amazon and Dabs have the board marked as discontinued, so I'm not sure where you're getting it from, but it marks it as slightly older kit, ironically that might help with support from the Fedora OS too.
