Will gdm default to use Wayland or Xorg when I use FedUp to upgrade from Fedora 21 to 22? I just did that and it seems like Xorg is used, and no wayland process can be found. I learned that Fedora 22 features GDM over Wayland. I want to confirm whether it is also true with upgrade. And if not, is is possible to switch on GDM over Wayland?

Fedora 22 GDM is running Wayland, and it should be working on upgrade, you can tweak the custom.conf file on /etc/gdm to configure or do changes.

Good luck
