Disk and mkefs disagree

While the disk application says my flashdrive is not in use, mkefs and gparted will not partition it, saying that it is in use.

# mount | grep /dev/sd?

# lsof /path/to/flash

# umount /path/to/flash

edit flag offensive delete link
