need rpm for systemd

OS: RHEL 6.2 Kernal : 2.6.32-431.3.1.el6.x86_64

This RPM should already exist in the package manager for that operating system. It may also be present on your original install media. If I recall, RHEL 6 didn't use systemd by default. As RHEL is a subscription-based licence, then Red Hat should be able to provide this for you under the terms of your licence agreement.

If it's not available, you may find it easier to upgrade to RHEL 7, or to one of its free clones such as CentOS.
