How do I create custom key mapping with Ctrl or Super

With xmodmap I can only use the Shift and AltGr modifier keys to map a function.

Which tool would I use to remap e.g.: Ctrl + Right to End in Fedora 21?

On your gnome3 control panel look for Keyboard then Shortcuts under personalise combination. image description

Look at the screen shot sorry my is in Spanish.

And how would set the equivalent of my End/Home keys?

To me it looks like I can only call scripts/binaries that way.
