I have a Bluetooth mouse which at the KDE login screen is inactive. I have to log in and then use another mouse to turn BT on via the panel widget in order to get the BT mouse to work. This is using SDDM and Plasma 5. Any hints would be appreciated.

This should tell systemd to start bluetooth on startup.

systemctl enable bluetooth.service
