Everytime I boot from the USB I have to start from scratch ( i mean creating a accoung etc ...)

Every time you boot, you seem to boot the live image again....

Welcome to ask.fedora! From what you write, I'm guessing that you can still boot your PC normally if the USB isn't inserted. If so, all you have to do is boot that way, insert the flash drive and write the live image to it again. Also, what happens if you boot from that drive on a different PC?
