Missing wireless icon in GNOME systemtray

Each time I power on my machine, my wireless icon disappear from the top GNOME 3 system tray. The wireless device is correctly connected! It is just the icon which seems to be missing.

Here a screenshot of the problem : http://www.demelierdavid.fr/files/Bug-Icon.png

I have no idea what's wrong but restarting GNOME solve the problem (Alt + F2 then r)
