rpm/spec: Package a project written in go
Since go does not follow posix directory layout, how am I supposed to package such a project (i.e. gogs) with rpm to be as fedora compliant as possible?

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/Go is probably the best reading right now; I suggest prodding the fpc or devel mailing lists for further guidance.
I hoped for something like this https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_Go but it seems fedora does not ship any of those macros when install golang.
The closest thing I found was https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1156129 . You'll really get better answers by asking in development channels instead of the end user support site.
