How to install GCC 4.8.1 on Fedora 19 (without internet)

Hello, I need to upgrade my gcc version. I don't know how to install it manually.

I already downloaded "gcc 4.8.1 tar gz" what should I do? Is there any prerequisites like gmp,mpfr,mpc, where can I download it?

When you install gcc manually, it might ask for some other packages to be updated (due to dependency of one package on another) and so on. The best & easiest way is to connect to the internet and do a yum update gcc
