Hello! This is probably something obvious like a package rename, but googling says I should just

yum install mumble

, which tells me there is no package named mumble.

Mumble was retired from Fedora on 2014-11-17

Reason given: "Retired, because it was orphaned for more than six weeks or depends on a package that was orphaned for more than six weeks."

Don't know any more details than that.

I created a script that will let you build Mumble from source for Fedora: https://gist.github.com/Orbixx/40232a34f29cb3cb1741
