Since I updated to Fedora 21, I cannot see the menu in Sound Juicer. I only see the CD info form at the top, and the Play, Rip, and selection buttons at the bottom. The default ripping output format is OGG, which is OK, but occasionally I rip to FLAC or MP3, and I want to control the bitrate, too. How can I change the settings? Or should I use some other CD ripping tool entirely in Fedora 21?

Did you click in the Sound Juicer icon in the top bar?

Answering myself, with thanks to Elad Alfassa: It was moved to a menu in the top bar. It can be seen by clicking the Sound Juicer icon near the Activities menu.
