Why Fedora 21 doesn't see wifi networks on NetworkManager

On Fedora 21 NetworkManager doesn't see wifi networks, but I have already installed broadcom drivers and kmod-wl...

additionally usb doesn't work... I have "unable to initialize libusb: -99" when I type lsusb

it's not a fedora problem, but kernel... when I run live edition I didn't have usb and wifi too

when I had F20 and kernel 3.13 all was ok, when I update kernel to 3.14 and higher wifi stopped working

Have you tried a clean reinstall? Yesterday my laptop only showed a questionmark instead of WiFi icon, I have reinstalled it and now works fine, has some other bugs tho...this F21 is the most incomplete release in my opinion.
