Can't start Fedora 20,How to repair it

I have two os Fedora and Windows After installing AMD graphics and reboot The Fedora Logo fills but the startup option for login is not comming. Says starting TeamViwer services,starting bluetooth services,starting Daemon services My windows works fine but Fedora doesn't work is there any way to Repair Fedora

did you try to boot with the previous kernel ( select it in the grub menu ), there is a problem with amd gpu and dpm for kernel 3.17.x

Yes i have tried those but old kernal doesnt works,After the logo fills displays blinks few times and then stuck saying starting ....services

if you could , create a livecd (fc20) on a usb stick to test your computer , you have to test if the problem is not coming from your hardware.

sometime fedora service startup is stuck waiting for filesystem or network , you have to wait some minutes to be sure.

When the boot is struck type

ctl + alt +F2

it will shift to commnad line . type

startx

this must startup the display. if it dosen't work the update the system

sudo yum update -y

Then it should work perfectly normal
