I'm trying to remove XFCE on fedora 20. I tried yum remove @xfce but I get this....

Running transaction check
ERROR with transaction check vs depsolve:
desktop-backgrounds-compat is needed by (installed) lightdm-gtk-1.6.1-3.fc20.x86_64
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Where should I got from here?

Thanks. I wasn't aware that post were not shown until approved by a moderator. Both times I tried to post I got 500 errors so I didn't think either of them went through.

Yeah; I've suggested that there be some notice about that, but the askbot software doesn't seem to be able to do that.
