Fedora 20 Live USB fails to boot
Created a bootable USB. Fedora 20 Desktop iso - 64 bit
Trying to boot a Dell Latitude e6440 from the USB. Quickly comes up with the following error statements:
2.515117 mmc0 "Unknown Controller Version (3) 2.515117 mmc0 "Hardware doesn't specify timeout clock frequency"
It doesn't get past that. I also tried version 18 and the KDE version 20.
Any suggestions, advice or ideas?
Thanks
Google tells me this is a common hardware issue. You may get some ideas from this post which is not Fedora related but nonetheless some direction you may want to think about. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1316848&highlight=freevents and https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/38628
